The #JABBA Serverlist (list.jabbaark.com) is run by the #JABBA ARK community. Using the site, listing a server, posting a review or buying anything from the shop means you agree to these terms. The privacy page says what we store.

Your account

You log in with Discord. You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your country requires it) and follow Discord's terms. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

Listings

Listings are free. Staff review new listings and can edit, hide or remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, including a dead invite, an ad that misleads players, or a server that breaks the #JABBA Discord rules.
You must own or run the server you list, and the ad must describe it truthfully: real rates, real tribe size, real wipe dates.
A listing stays up for 45 days after its last bump. Bump it from the dashboard or with /server bump once a day to keep it listed.
You keep ownership of your ad text and images. You give us permission to show them on this site, in the #JABBA Discord and in link previews while the listing is up.
No scams, malware, phishing, hate or harassment in ads. That gets the listing removed and the account blocked.

Reviews

One review per server per Discord account, and the account must be at least 30 days old.
Write about your own experience on that server. Fake reviews, reviews of your own server, and review trading get removed and can get the account blocked from reviewing.
Staff can remove a review that breaks these rules or that enough people report. You can delete your own review from the server's ad while logged in.

Shop and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Payments are not taken on the website yet. To buy, open a ticket in the #JABBA Discord. Staff agree the payment method with you in the ticket, credit the token to your account, and set the channel up, usually within a day. Promo slots are free right now, so Promo Credits and bundles are not on sale.

Channel Tokens can also be earned through the Partner Program by inviting people to the #JABBA Discord. Invites that leave, are brand-new accounts, or look fake do not count, and we can void tokens earned by gaming the program.

Refunds

If you cancel a paid Channel Token before its advertising service starts, we refund the unused purchase. If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, we correct the billing mistake.

If we do not deliver the advertising time you purchased, you may choose a refund for the undelivered portion or an extension for the missing time. A refund for missing time is proportional to the price and duration of that purchase. Time already delivered is not refundable simply because you change your mind.

Please contact support within 30 days after you discover a billing or delivery problem. This is our normal request window, not a limit on rights or longer deadlines you have under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.

If an ad is removed for breaking these terms, we review any refund request individually, including the time delivered and the reason for removal. Tokens earned through the Partner Program have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Contact jabba.ark.asa@gmail.com or a ticket in the Discord with your purchase date and the issue. You do not need to send passwords or full card details. Refunds go back through the original payment method where supported. Any refunded advertising time or unused token is canceled. Nothing in this policy excludes refunds required by law or prevents you from contacting your payment provider.

The service

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it is always up, that every listing is accurate, or that a listing brings players. We can change or stop any part of the site. Our liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the problem.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Buying something after a change means you accept the current terms.
